I'm sure i'm not the only one when i say that i pick up a book just because the description was so tempting and was hopeful for a great time altogether, but i was so lost while reading this book.

There are characters that i liked and the writing is very good, but i couldn't get into the story at all.

I was confused because of the then and now timeframe and so many things that i wanted to add up, to make more sense so i can put the pieces of the puzzle together , but it was just hard to do so.

And i hate when i have to put a book down and pick it up at a later time just because maybe that time i will see everything with other eyes , but that's not the case at all.

Maybe other people will enjoy it more, unfortunately it wasn't for me.

Very grateful to the publisher for my review copy through NetGalley.
